Periplo, Sentire Albariño 2025

Periplo is a small Uruguayan project focused on exploring distinctive vineyard sites across the country and producing wines that highlight freshness and regional character. Working closely with growers, the winery sources fruit from carefully selected parcels where coastal influence and varied soils shape the wines’ style. Made from Albariño grown in the tiny appellation of Echevarría, this bright and refreshing white shows the lively side of the variety in a maritime climate. Aromas of citrus blossom, white peach and lime zest lead into flavours of green apple, lemon and subtle tropical fruit. The palate is crisp and energetic with vibrant acidity and a gentle saline edge, finishing clean, fresh and wonderfully drinkable.
